To efficiently provide all legal functions necessary for effectively carrying out Chicago Office (CH) missions and responsibilities. In addition, provides legal advice on intellectual property matters to other DOE elements, as assigned.

Provides policy guidance, advice and assistance, and support to the Manager, CH business lines, CH contractors, other DOE organizations, CH employees and DOE external customers.

Provides support and assistance to the DOE General Counsel, as requested.
