and Operation of Fermi National Accelerator
Laboratory to the Fermi Research Alliance, LLC
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)
has awarded a new $1.575 billion, five-year
contract for management and operation of Fermi
National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) to the
Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA), owned jointly
by the University of Chicago (UChicago) and
Universities Research Association, Inc. (URA).

(RFP) for the competitive selection of an approximated
$2.54 billion, five-year management and operating
contract for Argonne National Laboratory (ANL),
a DOE Office of Science multi-program research
facility located near Chicago, Illinois.

The Department of Energy (DOE) is seeking comments
on a draft Request for Proposals (RFP) for the
competitive selection of a management and operating
(M&O) contractor for Argonne National Laboratory
